I grew up in Union County where I aslo graduated from Union County High School in 2007. I earned my certificate in Medical Billing in 2014 and that helps me in my day to day with my job! I have a strong background in customer service, with experience in providing exceptional support, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a positive experience.

My responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling cancellations, and optimizing provider schedules. I verify insurance coverage, obtained necessary authorizations, and processed patient intake paperwork. I am passionate about helping patients overcome obstacles to care to ensure they receive the treatment they deserve .
