Dr. Isaac Ervin
DPT, DN CERT
Owner, Physical Therapist
I grew up here in Union County. I went to school at UCHS, where I had the opportunity to wrestle for 2 state championship teams for the Braves before going on to college at SIUE. After receiving my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in exercise physiology in 2015, I went to Missouri State University and received my DPT in 2018. I worked for Alton Physical Therapy for 2 years in Litchfield, IL. Here, I was able to learn from outstanding clinicians about best practices for outpatient care.
- Transparency – To be open and honest with my family, friends, and clients.
- Empathy – To attempt to understand everyone’s situations and circumstances in order to build strong relationships.
- Resiliency – To strive for self-improvement and progress toward set goals.
- Team Work – To collaborate with motivated people to reach our set marks.
“People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Be kind anyway. If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies. Succeed anyway. If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you. Be honest and sincere anyway. What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway. The good you do today, will often be forgotten. Do good anyway. Give the best you have, and it will never be enough. Give your best anyway.”

I am the Co-Owner of EPT along with Britney. I specialize in musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries and my goal is to get to the root cause of symptoms in order to eliminate symptoms and keep my clients well long term. Most clients I see are having physical pain and limitations that are negatively impacting their quality of life. I want to solve these issues in order to help my clients return to the activities they love. Things that I enjoy treating are Post-surgical intervention -Recurrent joint and muscular pain -Sports performance & Performance rehabilitation.
I enjoy the atmosphere and coworkers at EPT. I believe the approach to treatment here is unique and optimal for clients to get the long-lasting results they are looking for.
Outside of work, I enjoy being a dad to Olive and Ezra, hiking with Britney and my family, and working out.
