I completed a BS in psychology and a minor in religious studies at UNC Chapel Hill, a Master’s in Physiology at NC State University, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Duke University.

My passions lie in decreasing fatphobia and all exclusion in rehab and fitness spaces.

I enjoy dry needling, spinal manipulation, and treating the head, neck, and jaw.

I love the compassionate and collaborative vibe, the relaxed but professional culture, and the fact that the clinic offers both rehab and wellness services!

When not working I love to read, run, write, and do anything my family and friends want to do together! I also enjoy solo dates – my favorites are picnics in the park!
