I grew up on the outskirts of Henderson, Ky. I attended Kentucky Wesleyan College and played two years of collegiate soccer. After receiving my bachelors of exercise science I moved to Richmond, Ky for 3.5 years to earn a Bachelor’s in Occupational Science and my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
I am a new graduate but completed clinical rotation in outpatient hands clinic and in acute care setting at the owensboro health regional hospital. I am also a certified yoga instructor. I have had experience working with pelvic floor patients and enjoy educating woman on their health.

I want people to realize that they do not have to accept their symptoms as something they “just have to deal with” I want to equip them with the correct movements and education so that they can participate in the activities that are meaningful to them.
I want to work toward earning my CHT, specializing from the neck all the way to the hand.
I enjoy treating anything hand, elbow, shoulder related! I really enjoy assisting individuals overcome any problem that is hindering them from participating in the activities that give their life meaning.
I like working here becuase the people make it feel like home. They care about me and support me in anyway to set me up for success.
When not working I enjoy weightlifting, exercise, spending time with my family & friends, and hiking.
