At Ervin Physical Therapy, I am a Client Care Coordinator. I am one of the first faces you see when coming into the office, schedule appointments, and speak with patients on the phone.
One thing I want to help improve is patient frustration when feeling unheard or misunderstood. I want every patient to feel respected, heard, and cared for.
I love working here at EPT because I have an amazing team playing co-works, the environment is very calm and welcoming, and I love watching the improvement of patients with each visit.
Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, antique shopping, fishing, hunting, and going for walks.
