Dr. Sarah Adkins

I was born and raised in Owensboro and graduated from DCHS. Growing up, I played basketball, softball, and volleyball, and always had an interest in sports and physical activity. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Biology/Biochemistry from Brescia University, then my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western Kentucky University.

I am a new graduate and have completed clinical rotations in outpatient orthopedics and sports, vestibular rehabilitation, and acute care.

As a Physical Therapist at Ervin PT, my goal with every patient is to provide a healthy and honest relationship that cultivates growth, strength, and functional mobility in order to help people return to living a life they love.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and dog, reading and writing, going to the gym, and being with friends and family!
