Katelyn Riggs

I grew up right here in Union County; I graduated from Union County High School in 2022. I have my Cosmetology license but I am currently going back to school on the PTA and then the DPT track & I look forward to treating patients one day!

I spent a lot of my time in Cosmetology School working with the public & helping to help people find appointments that work well with their schedule, as well as doing what I could to make the process easier for them; which has helped me to be able to do my job better.

I want to make the lives of our patients easier, our patients are here to get back to the best versions of themselves & I want to take the stress of the behind the scenes things easier so that our patients can focus on getting back to doing the things they love!

As a Client Care Coordinator, I work with our patients to get their appointments scheduled, to explain insurance benefits & to help ease the stress that comes with those things. I do my best to make sure our patients are comfortable & at ease for the duration of their time with us!
