Hanne Te Velthuis

I grew up in a small town in the Netherlands, competitive swimming and occupational therapy has brought me to the United States. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Cumberlands and my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Milligan University. During college I had to opportunity to swim competitively for five years and received Academic All-American NAIA swimmer of the year for two consecutive years. My last year of college I was the graduate assistant swim coach.

I am a new graduate and completed clinical rotations in outpatient pediatrics and in inpatient rehabilitation.

I am an occupational therapist at Ervin PT. I want to help reduce barriers that limit patients in their daily live by empowering patients with skills, strategies, and support them to participate in everyday activities.

I enjoy treating a wide range of conditions. I find fulfillment in helping individuals overcome challenges that impact their daily lives. I enjoy collaborating with patients to build independence and confidence.

I enjoy the atmosphere, everyone is very welcoming here at Ervin Physical Therapy.

When not working, I enjoy exercising, travelling, reading books, and spending time with family and friends.
